Welcome to your private client gallery with Samantha Dawn - Equine Photography! By accessing and using this gallery, you agree to the following terms:
1. Copyright & Image Usage
All images within this gallery are the exclusive property of Samantha Dawn - Equine Photography and are protected under copyright law. Clients receive personal use rights only - or promotional use for horse sale/stallions.
Altering, editing (including the use of AI) applying filters, cropping out watermarks, or using images for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.
Screenshotting proofs from these galleries is extremely prohibited and illegal. It is theft of intellectual property to screenshot and steal images. You could be facing fines or court requests.
If sharing FINAL EDITED images on social media, please credit @samanthadawnequinephoto (Instagram/Facebook) or Samantha Dawn - Equine Photography.
2. Client Access & Gallery Expiration
Your gallery will remain online for 1 year. After that, it may be removed to free up storage.
If you need your gallery re-uploaded after expiration, a reinstatement fee of $35.00 may apply.
3. Printing & Orders
If downloading digital files via your email, please print through a professional lab for the best color accuracy and quality.
I am not responsible for poor print quality from third-party labs.
4. Payments & Refunds
All sales of digital images and prints are final. Due to the nature of photography, refunds are not provided once a purchase is completed.
5. Liability
While I take every precaution to protect and store your images, I cannot guarantee indefinite file storage after the sessions are edited, finished, and emailed to you for download. It is your responsibility once images are sent to your email TO DOWNLOAD to a computer to store images.
